Delafield Solutions was established in 2016,
My previous experience was carpentry in a shop fitting company for high-end shop’s, so speed and quality finishes were expected. This has
shaped my foundation for Delafield Solutions, I will always deliver high quality finishes to any job I accept.
I have a small close independent team of trusted professional that will deliver the same standard of workmanship, enable the exceptional finish
from Delafield Solutions.

‘We hired Dean last September to do some building works in our house. He was recommended by the electrician who we had used for years. Dean turned up on time to have a
look at our job and give us a quote. We agreed a price and a start date, as well as a “to be done by date”, which was really important to us. He said he could meet the
deadline and that he would need to start by mid September to finish by the end of October. Dean explained that he had a team of guys that would each do their individual
work: plumber, plasterer, builders, kitchen fitter, electrician. He would project manage the whole job, as well as doing the carpentry, flooring, decorating, stripping out etc.
Having never had any major building work done before we were really nervous about the whole thing; we had visions of builders not turning up for weeks on end and all
the other horror stories you hear. Sure enough, Dean turned up on day one and then every single day (except Sundays) until completion day 31st October. He ran our job
with military precision, with different trades visiting in logical order every week. All our visiting tradesman were polite, tidied up after themselves and we always felt they
had our vision in mind. In the event Dean felt something wasn’t just so, it was done again and to Dean’s and our satisfaction. I can honestly say that during the process of
the build Dean became really trusted by us. He always took care not to let the dogs out when we weren’t there, which seems like a small thing, but it was incredibly
important to us as we have two Houdini's! He was also sensitive to our living situation, trying to leave us with sufficient power, light and kitchen facilities to keep us ticking
over as a family each evening.I would use Dean and his team again in a heartbeat. We’re still delighted with our modifications 8 months on...’
